Circular Lights 2 Miles West Of Willamina Oregon

Location of Sighting: 2 miles West of Willamina Oregon.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: Approx: 20
Shape of Objects: Circular lights and flapping fabric.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: A perfect triangle formation of about 20 objects, all the same and inside triangle as well. Stars could be seen through the formation, all the lights were moving very fast or vibrating yet holding formation. When it got directly overhead they appeared to be trailing something almost like capes. Traveled quickly from South to North, duration of sighting about 10 seconds, altitude unknown. I am an aircraft mechanic and X-military.
