Hovering Ball Of Flames Over Pataskala, Ohio

Several neighbors and I witness a ball of flames that hovered in the sky over Pataskala. The object position didn't move for more than 6 minutes. Even though it was several thousand feet in the air, you could tell it was an intense fire burning. After 6 minutes the light faded and the object moved quickly East bound. I saw an earlier post dated on July 23rd of the same thing in the same area. I guess it could be a Chinese Lantern, but why would it stay stationary for over 6 minutes when there was a slight breeze?
