'Disc' Caught On Film, Niagara Falls, Ontario?

A distinctly disc shaped object  -- though the extreme brightness of the sky may be tampering with the clarity of the object, it does not appear to be on the camera lens and does not resemble most "BLURFOs" common in many photographs

My niece’s picture was taken in a park in Canada just a pair of weeks ago. What do you think?

Brian: According to what my niece remembers the photo was taken in a garden in front of Niagara Falls on the 4th of August at about 1:30 or 2:00 P.M. Regards.
