10 Circular Orange Lights Over

Time: Approx: 12:15 - 12:35 a.m.

Description: 10 circular orange lights passing over head at same speed. I knew it wasn't a aircraft because there was complete silence. I am not the only person that saw these strange lights. I have 2 witnesses.
