I wanted to share with you this picture I took 3 weeks ago, in Iguazu Falls, Argentina. It was almost 1700 hours, and it just stopped raining. Can you tell me what this is?

Editor's Note: I asked Ximena if anyone had seen the object, and here is her response. It was me and my husband only, and a Mexican couple who took the picture for us. But we didn't see anything unusual. As it was a rainy day, there were few people there.

Additional: At first this looked like classic 'digital schmoo.' It happens. But upon closer inspection, the number of odd factors (the equal blur factor to background elements, the odd symmetry of the object, its intense color and apparent and peculiar motion streaking) prompted us to explore the image more closely with the above enhancements. - Sightings.com
