Bright Orange Light Over Hamilton Leicester UK (Pics)

Time: Between 8.30 - 9.00 p.m.
Hi Brian. I found your e-mail address on sightings.com after I Googled
'UFO sightings over Leicester' which eventually led me to what you
wrote about bright orange lights over Leicester. My dad and I saw
something similar yesterday evening, it must of been between 8.30pm-9.00pm.
This was in the Hamilton area of Leicester. My dad was in the garden
when he called me over and asked what I thought that object was up
above. It was bright orange, seemed to be the same height as a plane,
but obviously cannot be certain.
I immediately did not think it was a plane, firstly, because I've
seen many planes fly over and you can hear them and normally see flashing
red/blue lights, this made no noise and it was just of orange colour.
Secondly, I'm sure the majority, if not all, planes were grounded
yesterday due to the Iceland volcanic eruption. My dad did not see
where it came from, but just happened to spot it when he looked up.
I took a picture, but as it was off my mobile, the quality is not
brilliant. .

Time: 3:28 a.m.
Ok, this is going to sound very strange and I cant actually believe
I'm writing to you again. Just out of curiosity I went into the garden
to look at the sky and pretty much in the same area I had seen the
orange earlier in the evening I saw an object. The sky is pretty black/orange
now (3.28am) and this object wasn't the same orange as earlier on,
but still bright-ish and flickering. It faded, then re-appeared a
few minutes later in another area, before fading again. I don't know
if my minds playing tricks on me now, but it was exactly how I have
just described it to you. Was it a star? I can't see any other stars
tonight as it's pretty cloudy.
My name is (removed) by the way. I'm not a UFO freak or anything,
never ever give it a second thought but these two sightings were indeed
strange.
