Fast Moving Orange Object Over Hednesford Staffs UK

Shape of Objects: Roundish with a "flame" tail.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: While in a smoking shelter outside local club, a friend noticed how fast, what he thought an aeroplane was going. The object looked like an orange round glow. No actual shape of a craft could be seen. The friend also pointed out that there was no audible noise in the sky. We watched the object for about 30 seconds, and then could hear engine noises. This was coming from an aeroplane further west. This could be visibly seen as an aircraft as the undercarriage lights outlined the shape. The plane was travelling on what seemed to be the normal route to Birmingham Airport. The orange glow was travelling east towards Derbyshire/Lincolnshire.
