Red Glowing Light Over Chigwell Essex, UK

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My friend and I were driving home after the cinema, when we noticed a red glowing light in the sky, above a field. We originally thought nothing of it, assuming it to be from a house or a plane. However, the object moved erratically, ascending into a area of trees. It was blocked off by trees as we drove, yet it was still visible for around a minute before we lost sight of it.

This is not the first time I've witnessed this bright red orb. About 3 months, I saw the same shape and coloured orb in Loughton, Essex at around 3:00pm. It was this time over Epping Forest. It moved in the same way as the orb I saw last night. However, interesting this seemingly vanished. In the next 5 minutes a helicopter preceded this, flying in the same direction. Both incidents happened outside of any flight-plan and the previous orb occurred whilst the volcanic mist had left air vehicles grounded.
